Light & Creamy Eggnog
INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups egg substitute (like Egg Beaters)

1 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

6 cups 1 percent low-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk

2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
-
1 tsp. ground nutmeg, plus more to garnish
-
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
-
2/3 cup bourbon, rum or brandy (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

In a large bowl, whisk together egg substitute and condensed milk until well combined.

Whisk in milk, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon until well combined.

Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.

When ready to serve, stir in alcohol if using.

Pour into glass, garnish with additional nutmeg & enjoy!!
